Does the double wall keep espresso warm?
Yes. The air layer between the double walls slows heat loss noticeably compared to ceramic or thin glass. The outer surface also stays cool to touch — no burned fingers, even with a fresh shot inside.
What is the butterfly handle?
An ergonomic butterfly-shaped handle — a signature Ovalware design that provides a secure, comfortable grip regardless of hand size. The handle is part of the glass (not attached separately), so nothing loosens over time.
Can I use it for drinks other than espresso?
Yes. Works great for macchiatos, cortados, demitasse, small iced coffees, tea, and dessert drinks. The double-wall performs equally well with hot or cold beverages.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes — hand-blown borosilicate glass, fully dishwasher safe. The butterfly handle is part of the glass. Top rack recommended.
