Glass Quality Guarantee

We have confidence in our product and want to give you a peace of mind when purchasing our elegant glasswares. Under our Glass Quality Guarantee claim, we will send you a replacement for any glass breakage in the first 6 months of purchase. Simply email us at support@ovalware.com with your order number and a picture of the broken glassware. A friendly customer support representative will be happy to assist your claim.

The cost of shipping and handling is $5. Glassware can only be replaced ONCE under our Glass Quality Guarantee program. A replaced glassware does not carry the guarantee. Only the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift can make this claim. Product MUST be purchased directly from OVALWARE through our website or our Amazon store.

Manufacturer Warranty

OVALWARE warrants all our products purchased directly from OVALWARE and OVALWARE’s authorized reseller against any manufacturing defects that are due to faulty materials or workmanship for a 1 year period after the original date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or negligence. Physical Damages incurred through normal use are not covered under this warranty. This includes but not limited to subjecting glassware to high pressure, or impact.
