1. How accurate is the Pulse Coffee Scale?
It measures down to 0.1g in grams or 0.01oz in ounces. That precision is why the same recipe tastes the same every time.

2. Why do I need a coffee scale?
Scoops and spoons weigh differently depending on the bean. A scale gives you the exact same dose and ratio every brew, whether that's espresso, pour over, or anything else.

3. Can I save more than one ratio in Ratio Memory Mode?
No. Ratio Memory holds one ratio at a time. To save a new one, turn off the current memory first, then set your next target.

4. Is the Pulse Coffee Scale waterproof?
It's rated IP45, so it handles spills, splashes, and steam from normal brewing. Just don't submerge it in water.

5. How do I clean it?
Wipe the tempered glass surface with a damp cloth. The silicone pad lifts off and washes separately. Never submerge the scale itself.

6. Can I use my phone charger to charge the scale?
Only if it's a standard 5V/1A charger. Many phone chargers fast charge at a higher voltage, which can damage the battery. When in doubt, use the cable in the box.

7. How long does the battery last?
A full charge typically covers several weeks of daily brewing, depending on how often you use it.

8. Can I use it for anything besides coffee?
Yes. Manual Mode works for matcha, baking, or any recipe that needs precise weight, up to 3000g.
